Objective
Redesign and enhance SD's platform to streamline workflows, reduce user errors, and improve the user experience.
Key Contribution
My work involved conducting user research and competitive analysis to identify pain points, redesigning the MVP, and adding new features and pages. I built a cohesive design system that doubled development efficiency while reducing errors, improved task completion rates by reducing clicks per task by 25%, and introduced real-time collaboration tools and dashboards to enhance usability.
